Rolling
The heart of TSI’s roll forming operation is its 4 roll, double initial pinch plate roll. Also CNC controlled, this machine has a 2 1/2" initial pinch capacity for plate up to 122" and a 3 1/2": maximum bending capacity. The plate feed table hydraulically lifts the plate allowing a single operator to align and introduce the plate into the machine. High production rates and accuracy are a hallmark of the Davi roll.
