Tubular Structures International, LLC is a joint venture between Mid Am Towers, Metal One USA, and Yamaguchi Seisakusho. These three companies have joined forces to provide their knowledge, expertise, and buying power to fabricate and deliver extremely large diameter, heavy wall tubular structures to the customer.
Located on 100 acres in McGregor, Texas in the heart of the Texas Oil & Gas fields and near the Wind fields of the Texas Panhandle, TSI enjoys access to major Texas Highways, US Highways, Interstate 35, BNSF Railroads, and the ports of Houston and Corpus Christi, Texas. Large diameter products can be easily shipped anywhere to US and World markets from its 125,000 square foot fabrication facility and 33,000 square foot paint facility.

Holding a current ASME “U” Certification, TSI has the ability to procure materials, fabricate, and coat and line pressure vessels for any industry. Our management and craftsmen’s experience in carbon steels, stainless steels, and other alloys allow for TSI to manufacture pressure vessels of almost any type to ASME Section VIII, Division I specifications.

Thru its partner Mid-Am, TSI has decades of experience building some of the largest fabricated steel pipe in the Water Supply Industry. Having produced engineered fabricated piping projects for most major US cities, the US Army Corps of Engineers, US Bureau of Reclamation, as well as foreign governments, TSI has the design and fabrication knowledge to produce difficult pipe fabrications that few others can attempt.

Yamaguchi Seisakusho has decades experience building wind towers in Japan, China, and other Far East nations. Supplying hundreds of wind towers in Asia, Yamaguchi is renowned for its attention to detail and exacting manufacturing tolerances. This wealth of knowledge has been a made a major part of TSI through the adoption of Yamaguchi’s ITP (Inspection and Testing Procedures). These procedures insure that wind towers are built to exacting specifications rivaling any in the wind tower industry.
